Goldberg and Schlamm of City Connections Commercial represent landlord in 13,000 s/f lease renewal
According to City Connections Commercial, the renewal of another office lease at 71 West 23rd St. has been completed. One of the building's longest-standing tenants, Bruno Scheidt, Inc., renewed their 13,000 s/f space on the 15th floor for an additional seven years.
The landlord, The Trustees of the Masonic Hall, was represented by Herb Goldberg and David Schlamm of City Connections Commercial. The tenant, was represented by Ivan Hillman of CBRE.
