Gogia joins Massey Knakal Realty Service's capital services division as an associate

According to Massey Knakal Realty Services, Vijay Gogia has joined the capital services division as an associate. He will be working alongside director Scott Aiese focusing on Flatiron, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill, and Union Sq. Prior to Massey Knakal, he was an associate at Emerald Creek Capital. In this role, he originated and closed loans, underwrote and structured investment memorandums and conducted due diligence of loans in legacy portfolios. Earlier, he served as an asset manager at Gogia Equities, a family-owned diversified investment fund in Roslyn, where he managed a portfolio of six triple-net leased retail properties. As a capital markets analyst at Real Capital Analytics, he utilized Bloomberg Terminal to research CMBS issuances and evaluate property level financials. He is currently earning a master of science degree in Real Estate Development from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. He earned his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Boston University's School of Management. He is fluent in Hindi and conversational in Spanish and Mandarin. "The associate position provides great insight in to the intricacies of the market, the industry, and how to effectively finance New York's finest buildings," said Jasmine Mele, human resources manager. "We are thrilled to have Vijay join the growing Massey Knakal family."
