GNYDC wins SBA award

The Greater New York Development Company (GNYDC) recently received the Bronze Award for excellence in providing capital to small businesses from the U.S. Small Business Administration at a December 5th event. GNYDC makes low cost second mortgage loans to small businesses to buy or construct buildings, condos and coops for their own use.
