Giacobbe of Largo finances $8m for 196,838 s/f mixed-use building

Frank Giacobbe, account executive for the Largo Group of Companies, has arranged a permanent first mortgage in the amount of $8 million to refinance the existing debt on a 196,838 s/f multi-tenanted mixed-use building located at 3445 Winton Pl. The structure of this loan included a seven-year fixed-rate, amortized over 20 years. The property is located along Winton Pl., and is one mile from I-590. Currently 98% occupied, the property features 73,588 s/f of office space, with the remaining s/f improved as retail showrooms for home fixtures and furnishings, as well as warehouse space. Largo is a commercial mortgage banking company that structures, closes and services commercial mortgages for acquisitions, refinances and redevelopment projects. Largo arranges financing structures for borrowers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
