The structure of this loan included a seven-year fixed-rate, amortized over 20 years. The property is located along Winton Pl., and is one mile from I-590. Currently 98% occupied, the property features 73,588 s/f of office space, with the remaining s/f improved as retail showrooms for home fixtures and furnishings, as well as warehouse space.
