Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, Momenti, Inc. signed a new five-year lease for 4,949 s/f at 200 Varick St. in Hudson Sq.
Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC, in the transaction; David Berger of Bernstein Real Estate represented the tenant, Momenti, Inc.
The company, which had outgrown its existing space at 131 Varick St., needed a larger space to accommodate its explosive growth. Momenti, Inc. which moved in this month, will use its new space for its executive, general and administrative offices.

In 2022, GFP Real Estate completed a full renovation of the building’s lobby and entrance, and several common corridors, to create a modern experience that includes a large “living” green wall.
