Gettry Marcus relocates Long Island Headquarters to accommodate expansion

Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., have secured 19,191 s/f office lease at 88 Froehlich Farm Blvd., doubling their present space to accommodate the firm's expansion. Gettry Marcus is scheduled to move from their present location, at 20 Crossways Park Dr. North, Woodbury into their new location before the end of 2013. The new space is being renovated to accommodate an open, innovative and modern working environment for their employees and clients. Gettry Marcus chose to have an open layout to encourage more collaboration and dialogue between the different practice groups within the firm. "This move represents an exciting development for the firm, one that began with our rebranding in January of 2013," said Steven Marcus, managing partner at Gettry Marcus. "The new space will provide increased interaction that will naturally improve culture, problem solving, creativity and the sharing of ideas and solutions," Marcus said. The Froehlich Farm Blvd. office campus is located within RXR Realty's Woodbury Corporate Park, situated at the juncture of the Long Island Expressway, Woodbury Rd. and Jericho Tpke. The office campus offers an ideal combination of class-A space and tenant-oriented services and amenities. Woodbury Corporate Park provides tenants with a unique environment that upholds the highest standard of business needs along with immediate accessibility to all major roads, restaurants, and retail and hospitality venues. Gettry Marcus was represented in the multifaceted, 11-year lease transaction by CBRE brokerage team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow.
