Gelber and Cannon of CBRE represents Paramount Group in 7,378 s/f lease to Ocean Prime

According to Paramount Group, Inc., Ocean Prime, a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, featuring a modern American supper club concept of supper club concept of seafood, steak, handcrafted cocktails and award-winning wine, has leased 7,378 s/f on the ground floor of 1301 Avenue of the Americas, a 1.7 million s/f class A office building located between 52nd and 53rd Sts. in Midtown. The restaurant anticipates opening in April 2015. "A world-class, elegant restaurant such as Ocean Prime is a perfect dining complement to our prestige tenant roster at 1301 Avenue of the Americas," said Paramount Group president & CEO Albert Behler. "With tenants such as Barclays Capital, Credit Agricole and Chadbourne & Parke LLP and a location on America's renowned 'Corporate Row,' Ocean Prime will meet the need for opulent dining that caters to a highly discriminating clientele. We look forward to years of success at 1301 for this extraordinary restaurant offering the very best in dining ambiance, culinary experience and beverage service." Ocean Prime was represented by Jason Maurer of Ripco Real Estate Corp. Eric Gelber and Preston Cannon of CBRE represented Paramount Group as the landlord agents.
