According to Paramount Group, Inc., Ocean Prime, a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, featuring a modern American supper club concept of supper club concept of seafood, steak, handcrafted cocktails and award-winning wine, has leased 7,378 s/f on the ground floor of 1301 Avenue of the Americas, a 1.7 million s/f class A office building located between 52nd and 53rd Sts. in Midtown. The restaurant anticipates opening in April 2015.
