GCP Capital Group completes 14 financing deals totaling $115.73 million; includes $40 milion by Alan Perlmutter of GCP

GCP Capital Group LLC, one of the nation's most active companies specializing in investment real estate finance, has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $115.73 million for the following properties: $40 million for a four-story class A office building with a ground level and four-level parking structure located on Marcus Ave. in New Hyde Park. Alan Perlmutter, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $5 million for two contiguous, five-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 26 units located on Amsterdam Ave. Matthew Classi, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $3.83 million for an 11,000 s/f retail and office building located on Metropolitan Ave. in Queens. Paul Greenbaum, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $3.225 million for a four-story, walk-up apartment building with a total of 16 units located on Hudson St. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $1.84 million for a five-story, walk-up apartment building containing 21 units on 137th St. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $3.1 million for a five-story, walk-up apartment building containing 47 units located on Academy St. Louis Perlmutter, senior associate of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $2.7 million for a five-story, walk-up apartment building containing 47 units located on Wadsworth Ave. Brostovski arranged the financing. $2.2 million for a six-story, elevator apartment building containing 53 units located on Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $1.8 million for a four-story apartment building containing 12 units located on West 22nd St. Classi arranged the financing. $1.05 million for a four-story, walk-up apartment building containing 16 units located on East 2nd St. in Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $9.15 million for a six-story, walk-up mixed-use apartment building containing 25 units, four stores and one professional space located on Delancey St. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $2.135 million for a five-story, walk-up mixed-use apartment building containing nine units and one store located on Ave. C. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $3 million for a two-story retail strip of 7,700 s/f located on 161st St. in the Bronx. Louis Perlmutter arranged the financing. $2.3 million for a six-story, elevator apartment building containing 36 units located on Audubon Ave. Brostovski arranged the financing.
