$3.83 million for an 11,000 s/f retail and office building located on Metropolitan Ave. in Queens. Paul Greenbaum, principal of
GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$3.225 million for a four-story, walk-up apartment building with a total of 16 units located on Hudson St. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
