GCP Capital Group arranges 17 deals totaling $213.301 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $213.301 million for the following 17 transactions: * $70 million for a 16-story commercial building containing 10,050 s/f of retail space and 164,000 s/f of office space in the Midtown South section of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $64.5 million for a portfolio of seven multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 360 apartments with 24,400 s/f of commercial space, located throughout Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio. * $17.063 million for a package of six apartment buildings containing a total of 188 apartments and five commercial units, located throughout the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing for this portfolio. * A second $12 million mortgage for a package of six four-story apartment buildings containing a total of 117 apartments on Union St. in Brooklyn. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $8.89 million for a portfolio of four multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 103 apartments, located throughout the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing for this portfolio. * $5.85 million combined financing for two five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 44 apartments and 7,200 s/f of commercial space on Ryer and Valentine Aves. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $5.5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 54 apartments on Barnes Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $4.76 million combined financing for two five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 62 apartments, located throughout the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $4.6 million for a seven-story apartment building containing 27 apartments on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4 million for a two-story commercial building comprised of 14,000 s/f on Coney Island Ave., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $3.788 million for two contiguous five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 42 apartments on Decatur Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing for this portfolio. * $3 million for a four-story mixed-use building containing 12 apartments and 3,300 s/f of commercial space on Third Ave., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.475 million for a four-story apartment building containing eight apartments on East 110th St., Manhattan. Sessa arranged the financing. * $2.375 million for a four-story apartment building containing 23 apartments on Albemarle Rd., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1.9 million for a four-story mixed-use building containing five apartments and 3,060 s/f of ground floor retail space on Lenox Ave., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $1.5 million for a single-tenant, three story commercial building comprised of 6,000 s/f in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1.1 million for a four-story apartment building containing six apartments and one store on Fifth Ave., Brooklyn.
