GCP Capital Group arranges 11 financing deals totaling $100.3 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $100.3 million for the following 11 deals: * Over $50 million for a portfolio of apartment and mixed-use buildings containing a total of 216 apartments with 28 commercial units, located throughout N.Y. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $15.3 million for a seven-story apartment building containing 140 units, located on Holland Ave. in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $12 million for a three-building apartment complex containing a total of 104 apartments, located in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4.5 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing nine apartments and 5,160 s/f of retail space, located on First Ave. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4 million for a six-story apartment building containing 43 units, located on 51st St. in Queens. Brostovski, arranged the financing. * $3.675 million for a six-story apartment building containing 53 units, located on East 51st St. in Brooklyn. Katz arranged the financing. * A second mortgage in the amount of $2.65 million for a six-story apartment building containing 99 units and 4,200 s/f of commercial space, located on West 147th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $2.5 million for a six-story elevator cooperative apartment building containing a total of 94 units, located in Sunnyside, Queens. Classi arranged the financing. * $2 million for two residential buildings containing a total of seven apartments, located on Barrow St. in Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.95 million for a four-story building containing eight units, located on State St. in Brooklyn. Katz arranged the financing. * $1.725 million for a four-story apartment building containing 16 apartments, located on Ocean Ave.in Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
