GCP Capital arranges $90.725 million in financing for 14 N.Y.C. deals; Includes a $25 million deal by Greenbaum for a Bronx apartment package

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $90.725 million for the following 14 deals: * $25 million for a package of three multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 253 apartments and 11 stores throughout the Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $20.5 million combined financing for two six-story apartment buildings containing 80 apartments and 7,800 s/f of retail space in the Hamilton Heights section of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $13.8 million in combined financing for two six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 134 apartments throughout Brooklyn. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4.5 million for a five-story apartment building containing 40 apartments and four professional office units on Grand Concourse, Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $4.4 million for a three-story mixed-use building containing 12 apartments and two stores Second Ave., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for this property. * A $4 million land loan for a vacant parcel of land comprised of 13,130 s/f, located on Third Ave., Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4 million for the leasehold interest on one parking garage condo unit containing 100 spaces within a 33-story condo building in the Battery Park section. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $3.375 million for a five-story apartment building containing 48 apartments on East 175th St., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $3.3 million for a six-story SRO apartment building containing 72 units on West 93rd St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $2.25 million for a five-story apartment building containing 12 apartments and 1,100 s/f of commercial space, located on Jones St., Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.65 million for a five-story apartment building containing 20 apartments on West 164th St., Manhattan. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.5 million for a four-story apartment building containing eight apartments on Calyer St., Brooklyn. Albano arranged the financing. * $1.3 million for a single-story commercial building comprised of 9,780 s/f in Staten Island. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1.15 million for a 7,000 s/f commercial co-op on the 9th floor of a 12-story co-op building at West 29th St., Manhattan.
