The homes sold include three penthouses and four combination homes. Interior at VillaBXV - Bronxville, NYPlans to redevelop the site, had been in the works for 10 years. A condo building had been approved for the site, but as a result of the real estate recession was never built.
Director of sales and marketing, Elise Platt, who has worked with a wide range of residential properties throughout the region for more than 30 years, took a unique approach to working with the initial group of buyers. The company, working with Platt, designed the building with an emphasis on open floor plans.
