GATES Capital arrange $11.99 million for SUS

New York, NY GATES Capital Corp. has arranged and closed an $11.99 million financing for the benefit of Services for the UnderServed (SUS). The borrower utilized the proceeds of the 2018 bonds to finance/refinance: The acquisition (through a leasehold), construction, renovation, equipping and furnishing of its headquarters facility at 463 Seventh Ave.; six IRA facilities; and the construction, renovation, equipping and furnishing a temporary housing facility serving 170 homeless individuals.
