Sarasota, FL Matt Gasser of Largo Capital, Inc. arranged construction financing for a 103-key StudioRes by Marriott hotel. The five-year loan includes a 24-month interest-only period with a floating rate, followed by 25-year amortization over the remaining term.
Loan proceeds will fund the ground-up development of the hotel, which will be located off Interstate 75 in Lakewood Ranch—a 30,000-acre master-planned community spanning both Manatee and Sarasota counties.
