Gamadia brings more than a decade of experience representing clients in all aspects of real estate financings, including commercial mortgage-backed securities, syndicated loans, preferred equity and private equity transactions. She frequently advises investors in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial properties. She also works with buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans as well as participation interests and repurchase facilities in the secondary market. Gamadia has additional experience with distressed assets, advising creditors and debtors in restructurings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
