Galperin joins TerraCRG as an associate

Kirill Galperin joined TerraCRG as an associate working alongside partner and senior vice president Adam Hess with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use assets in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus and Sunset Park. Kirill conducts market research, manages the sales database and provides marketing and sales support for the team. Kirill also focuses on new business relationship outreach. Before joining TerraCRG, Kirill was an associate in the commercial sales division at Halstead Property for more than two years, where he concentrated on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use assets. Prior to Halstead, Kirill honed his negotiation skills and client-focused approach as a commercial insurance adjuster in the construction risk division at AIG. Kirill graduated from Baruch College with his Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management. Originally born in Belarus, Kirill emigrated to the United States with his family when he was six years old. Bilingual in English and Russian, he was raised and currently resides in Bensonhurst. In his spare time, Kirill enjoys skiing, camping, fishing and spending quality time with his dog, Roscoe. "I am humbled to be joining such a talented and knowledgeable team," said Galperin. "Having lived in Brooklyn most of my life, I am fortunate to call it home and excited to be able to work in the place that means so much to me." "Kirill makes a valuable addition to the firm, and we are thrilled to bring him on as a member of Adam Hess' already strong team," said Brian Edwards, chief operating officer of TerraCRG.
