Galin of Handler arranges 3,944 s/f lease at 561 Seventh Avenue

Handler Real Estate Organization has arranged a long-term, full-floor renewal at 561 Seventh Avenue, where entertainment law firm Lazarus & Harris LLP will continue to occupy its 3,944 s/f space on the 11th floor. Scott Galin, principal of Handler Real Estate Organization, represented the landlord in-house in the transaction. There was no tenant broker. Situated at the northeast corner of West 40th Street and Broadway, the nearly 100% leased 561 Seventh Avenue is an 81,214 s/f office tower with 24-hour/7-day access, an attended lobby, and on-site security. London-based sushi and bento restaurant Wasabi is scheduled to open its U.S. flagship location on the ground floor of the building later this year.
