According to CB Richard Ellis/Albany the $1.4 million sale of 143 Montgomery St. has been completed. Gordon Furlani, Peter Redmond, SIOR, and Ann MacAffer, CCIM, of CBRE handled this transaction.
This 494,000 s/f former freezer/cooler and dry storage facility is visible from I-787 and sits on 1.1 acres. Plans for a conversion will be forthcoming. The building was sold by Albany Assets, LLC and was purchased by Northeast Realty Holdings, LLC.
