Besser and Wilson of Pyramid broker $14.7 million sale of a 13-property portfolio

Pyramid Investment Properties Group brokered the sale of a 13-property, 602-unit apartment portfolio for $14.7 million. Kevin Besser, CCIM, executive director of Pyramid, represented the seller BRT, LLC and Maureen DeJure Wilson, CCIM, SIOR, president of the Binghamton office of Pyramid represented the buyer, Coolidge Equities, LTD. The properties consist of Glendale Apartments, Hillside Court, Dudley Court, Barteau Apartments, JFK Garden Apartments, 58 Floral Apartments, 85 Floral Apartments, Orton Apartments, Helen Apartments, Arthur St. Apartments, Penn Manor, Guilfoyle Apartments, Webster Court, 273 Riverside Dr. located in Endicott, Endwell, Johnson City, and Binghamton.
