Funiciello of JF Real Estate brokers 1,700 s/f

Syracuse, NY According to JF Real Estate, the former Roji Tea space in the White Memorial Building, 108 East Washington St., is under lease with a new tea company, 210 Teas.

Matt Funiciello of JF Real Estate handled the transaction, where Kahssia Hills, owner of 210 Teas will occupy about 1,700 s/f. She plans to be up and running late summer 2021.

Hills created the online tea business to honor the subtle yet strong essence of her grandmother.  For Hills, tea is a reminder of her family – a reminder of generational love. “Tea provides a soothing sense of comfort that speaks without words, like the omnipresent protection of your ancestors,” she said.
