Manhattan, NY Fried Frank acted as pro bono counsel to The Legal Aid Society, as tenant, in connection with its 30-year, 200,000 s/f lease, which is intended to be subjected to a leasehold condominium, at 40 Worth St. The Legal Aid Society, which currently has offices at 40 Worth St., 199 Water St., and 80 Pine St. will consolidate its offices to the TriBeCa office property.

The Fried Frank team included real estate partner Ross Silver and real estate associates Simon Elkharrat and Heather Paik.
