According to Fourth River Development LLC, a pipeline equipment and services firm has committed to lease 14,400 s/f of the recently completed Flex 2 Building at Starpointe Business Park, Washington County. T.D. Williamson, Inc. will service area Marcellus Shale extraction and distribution operations from the new Starpointe location. The firm's initial lease term is for 10 years, with occupancy expected by June 1, said Fourth River managing partner John Watson. When fully operational, the facility will be staffed by as many as 30 full-time employees, he said.
