Cassidy Turley hires Seltzer as senior vice president
According to Cassidy Turley, Matthew Seltzer, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, has been hired as a senior VP. Seltzer specializes in providing tenant representation and consulting services to corporate tenants on a local and national basis.
"Matthew's strong industry relationships and solutions-oriented approach will benefit our clients and customers tremendously," stated David Simon, managing principal of Cassidy Turley's N.J. offices. "His experience, knowledge and relationships will be a significant asset to us as we continue to expand our presence in the office sector and we are excited to have him join our team."
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Seltzer was a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked for 14 years. His specific experiences included corporate office, hi-tech and industrial assignments, with a total combined transaction value in excess of $2.75 billion executed on behalf of such prestigious clients as Agilent Technologies, Bentley Laboratories, Ernst & Young, Ford Motor Corp., MetLife, and Xerox, among others.
Additionally, Seltzer has played an instrumental role in consulting, property management and appraisal assignments on a national and international basis.
Previously, Mr. Seltzer was a Principal in the William S. Hocking Realty Company and a Vice President at the Helmsley-Noyes Company.

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Mr. Seltzer is a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and New York. Actively involved with the Bergen County chapters of the United Way and the Volunteer Center, he previously served as a councilman on the Town Council of Hillsdale, N.J.
