Four new L.I. developers/ owners to speak at CIBS meeting on October 14
A foursome of some of L.I. newest developers/owners will speak at a meeting of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) on October 14.
Scheduled to speak are:
* Joseph Farkas, president of Metropolitan Realty Associates.
* Nicholas Liberatoscioli Jr., president of Lusitano Enterprises Inc.
* Mark Beige, president of Melville Associates/Ruble's Costume Co.
* Michael Mattone, CFO of the Mattone Group.
CIBS president Ray Ruiz will moderate the discussion, which will be held at the Lower Level Auditorium at RexCorp Executive Park, 58 S. Service Rd. Continental breakfast will be served beginning at 8 a.m. followed by the program at 8:30 a.m. The program is expected to end at 9:45 a.m.
