The asset sold for $4.1 million.
Matt Fotis and Robert Aaron, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and buyer, both private investors.
Located in Washington Heights, 199 Audubon Ave. sits four blocks from the “A” subway and is close to Yeshiva, Presbyterian, and Columbia Universities.
