Fortis Property Group and Wonder Works Construction Corp. have started to build the residential development "540West," two inter-connected seven-story buildings located at 540 West 49th St. The 114-unit condominium building, which lies between 10th and 11th Aves. in the trending Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, was designed by S9, an affiliate of Perkins Eastman Architects PC. Residents are expected to move in by fall 2014. The residences are sized from 501 to 1,625 s/f.
