Fornabaio and Schulman of Vanderbilt broker 4,400 s/f lease
Valley Stream, NY Anthony Fornabaio and Ben Schulman of Vanderbilt Realty have negotiated a 4,400 s/f industrial lease signing at 396 Rockway Ave. The 10-year lease represents the new home of All About Records (AAR). Vanderbilt Realty was the exclusive broker.
Vanderbilt is a commercial brokerage company in Glenwood Landing. They have been providing brokerage services for 20 years, specializing in leasing office, retail and industrial space and investment sales.
