Hauppauge, NY Roger Delisle of Island Associates has arranged four leases totaling 6,629 s/f.
In the first deal, Delisle leased 2,200 s/f of office space at 490 Wheeler Rd. to Russell Capital Group LLC for a five-year lease term. Russell Capital Group took occupancy in October 2017. Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant.
Island Associates negotiated an extension of leases with Forte Properties New York Inc. (1,979 s/f), Liberty First Insurance (800 s/f), and Quest Diagnostics (1,650 s/f) - 4,429 s/f total. Liberty First Insurance has been a tenant in the building for 10 years and will continue to occup y Suite 185. Forte Properties New York has been a tenant in the building for five years and has entered an extension of lease term for an additional five years. Quest Diagnostics has been a tenant for 10 years and has entered into a five-year lease extension
