Forkosh Development tops out Hillrose28

Manhattan, NY Forkosh Development has topped out Hillrose28, a contemporary condominium tower rising in the Rose Hill area. Forkosh Development has a 25-year history of working with architects, designers, and artists to create residential developments that are true urban landmarks.  Hillrose28 is located at 181 East 28th St. near the corner of Third Ave. The 20-story tower will rise 200-ft. and will offer outdoor space in over half the residences. Hillrose28 will consist of 43 condo residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms. 

Hillrose28’s interiors are being designed by Lemay + Escobar. The firm set-out to design a condo residence that is a contemporary interpretation of a classic NY building. Andres Escobar was inspired by the apartment houses of the pre-war era, taking on cues on what worked in the past and upgrading it for the modern lifestyle. 

Sales for Hillrose28 will launch in the fall. Corrcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is exclusively handling sales and marketing.
