Fontanetta of Trinity R.E. arranges 1,302 s/f lease at 205 Hudson St.; Nolan of NSNYRE represents tenant

Praxis Films has leased 1,302 s/f of space on the 10th floor of 205 Hudson St. for a ten-year term, according to Jason Pizer, senior VP of real estate leasing for owner Trinity Real Estate. Praxis Films was represented by Joshua Nolan of NSNYRE and Trinity Real Estate was represented by Peter Fontanetta. Previously located in Tribeca, Praxis Films is responsible for such celebrated documentaries as Flag Wars, which won the Peabody Award in 2003 and My Country, My Country which was nominated for both an Academy Award and an Independent Spirit Award. The firm joins a continuously expanding community of creative, media and broadcast companies from Viacom, Postworks New York, Epoch Films, Deluxe Entertainment and Splashlight Photographic and Digital Studios to New York Magazine, CBS Radio East and WNYC Public Radio. "Hudson Sq. has established itself as a center for media and entertainment businesses," Pizer said. "Praxis Films is one of the small yet dynamic businesses that are the life blood of the film industry and of the city itself. We are delighted to welcome them to our neighborhood."
