Manhattan, NY Fisher Brothers hired Jonathan Frey as managing director of capital markets and Kent Williams as chief accounting officer.

As managing director of capital markets, Frey will be responsible for advancing Fisher Brothers’ capital markets strategy and supporting the firm’s continued portfolio growth. Frey brings extensive experience across commercial real estate finance and capital markets, including senior roles at RFR Holding, Pyramid Management Group, and Morgan Stanley. Over his career, he has led and executed billions of dollars in financing transactions across multiple asset classes.
As chief accounting officer, Williams will oversee Fisher Brothers’ accounting, financial reporting, and controls functions across all business lines. Prior to his time with Fisher Brothers, Williams served as controller at East End Capital, where he oversaw the full finance function, including reporting, property accounting, corporate accounting, liquidity, banking, audits, tax returns, compliance, budgeting, and coordination with joint venture partners and third-party management. Prior to that, he held a series of senior finance and accounting roles at Silverstein Properties, including serving as CFO of Silverstein Properties Limited.
Frey joined the firm in March and Williams joined in April.
