Fisher Brothers finalizes Katsky Korins lease at 605 Third Ave.

Manhattan, NY Fisher Brothers finalized a 15-year lease expansion with Katsky Korins LLP. Katsky Korins is expanding its existing 20,000 s/f space to occupy 30,000 s/f on the 16th and 17th floors at 605 Third Ave.

Marc Packman, head of leasing, Charles Laginestra, director of leasing, Clark Briffel, senior director of leasing, and Josh Fisher, assistant director of leasing at Fisher Brothers led negotiations for Fisher Brothers. Katsky Korins was represented by Oliver Katcher at Indigo Property Holdings, LLC. Bruce Mosler, Lou D’Avanzo, Andrew Ross, Michael Baraldi and Lexie Perticone at Cushman & Wakefield also worked with Fisher Brothers to secure the deal.

“Katsky Korins is our longest-standing tenant at 605 Third Ave., and we are proud to continue to support their growth,” said Ken Fisher, partner at Fisher Brothers.

605 Third Ave. is located in the central business district, blocks away from Grand Central Terminal and the United Nations. The building features a renovated storefront that extends onto the plaza. The lobby features oil-rubbed brass panels and kaleidoscopic windows.

Last year, Fisher Brothers and its amenity management affiliate, Ease Hospitality, opened their second amenity center and events location at 605 Third Ave. @Ease 605 spans more than 13,000 s/f on the seventh floor and features communal break-out or pod meeting and conferencing space, a central relaxing “On 7” lounge, two outdoor terraces, the second location of their Palm Rose Cafe, and the latest innovations in technology woven throughout the space. @Ease 605 offers integration throughout the venue through the @Ease Workplace app. Tenants can access @Ease 605 using touchless technology, book meeting rooms, and order meals from the cafe to their office all through the app. Ease Hospitality and Fisher Brothers opened the first amenity location in February 2021, @Ease 1345, at 1345 Avenue of the Americas.
