FirstService Williams renews 19,050 s/f lease

FirstService Williams N.Y. has arranged a long-term office renewal on behalf of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney at 700 Alexander Park. The Pittsburgh-based law firm occupies 19,050 s/f on three floors. New Tower Trust Co. is the building owner. "After presenting a number of options to Buchanan, the firm concluded that remaining at 700 Alexander Park was the best value," said Bryn Cinque, managing director, FirstService Williams, who represents the law firm with Jim Bailey, director, and Joe Kyrillos, senior managing director.
