Bonnette of Greystar to head client services for Midwest region office

As part of Greystar Real Estate Partners' effort to increase its Midwest presence, Jack Bonnette has moved from the company's central region office to head client services for the Midwest regional office. Greystar currently provides fee management services in Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio and Kentucky including the Hampshire Hill Apartments in Bloomington, MN which won a MADACS Award for Property Excellence on September 25th and Regency Woods in Minnetonka which was given a MADACS Award for Partial Renovation. "The Midwest is a region of the country that holds a great deal of potential growth for Greystar," said Stacy Hunt, executive director of property management. "Our Midwest team is already doing an excellent job, and we are thrilled to have Jack transition into the region as we execute on plans to increase our presence." Bonnette joined Greystar in 2008 and has worked in Greystar's operating group since receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. He also served for six years in the U. S. Marine Corps including Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His responsibilities include working alongside operational teams to ensure high performance and overall client satisfaction. Working with JoAnne Blaylock, senior managing director - real estate and Vicki Morgan, managing director - real Estate, Bonnette is responsible for furthering Greystar's commitment to the Midwest by expanding the firm's presence in the major Midwest markets.
