First Quality Maintenance to provide services at 270 Madison Ave.

First Quality Maintenance, the janitorial division of Alliance Building Services, recently received an exclusive contract to provide janitorial services at 270 Madison Ave. The property is managed by ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at the corner of East 39th St. and Madison Ave., this 268,685 s/f, class B office building was built in 1923 and renovated in 2004. The property features a 2-story lobby, six new high speed cabs and elevators as well as a new proximity security card system. The property is home to a variety of noteworthy tenants such as the renowned Italian/Mediterranean restaurant, Salute!, which is in the process of expanding the retail lower level, the Gemological Institute of America and the law firm, Wolf Haldenstein, an original tenant of the building. "We are thrilled to be providing janitorial services to 270 Madison Ave. and to be working with ABS Partners," said Gary Green, CEO, Alliance Building Services.
