Fiorini, Posillico and Bilski of Alliance Real Estate Corp. broker $1.6 million sale; Lico of Breslin Realty assists

Medicenter, an urgent health care facility, has recently purchased the building at 6175 Sunrise Hwy. in which they will be opening an 8,000 s/f office. The walk-in medical practice paid $1.6 million for the property that previously was occupied by a staffing agency. The seller, AJG Capital, was represented by Alberto Fiorini, Frank Posillico and James Bilski of Deer Park-based Alliance Real Estate Corp. (@alliancerecorp) Russ Lico of Garden City-based Breslin Realty represented Medicenter in the deal. Medicenter has locations in Huntington and Northport and is currently constructing its newest local office.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
