Collins of All Island and Farrell of Corp. Rlty. close $6.375m; Forchelli assists

According to All Island Appraisal & Realty, Inc. and Corporate Realty Services, the firms have collaborated to complete the recent sale of a 25.3 acre parcel for $6.375 million. The vacant land is located on the Long Island Expressway. Leo Farrell, managing principal of Corporate Realty Services represented Motorola, Inc., the seller, while Bill Collins, president of All Island acted on behalf of the purchaser, 495 Holdings, LLC. Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (@Forchelli_Law) zoning partner Judy Simoncic secured permit approvals from the town of Brookhaven Planning Board that would allow for the sale of Motorola's excess holdings. Forchelli's real estate partner Barbara Alesi negotiated the contract of the sale and oversaw closing with the assistance of counsel Mary Mongioi. Real estate partner Daniel Deegan also assisted in the project.
