According to City Connections Realty, Inc., Barry Fields of City Connections has completed two full-floor leases totaling 3,400 s/f at 2853 3rd Ave. Fields represented La Unica.com Inc. Electronics Sales & Services for 1,700 s/f on the 2nd floor. Asking rent was $50 per s/f. Envy Beauty and Nails, a 22-store chain, has signed for 1,700 s/f on the 3rd floor. Asking rent was $40 per s/f.
