He brings over 18 years of experience and hands-on practice in corporate compliance. Most recently he served as counsel on the government and internal investigations team at Alston & Bird, a renowned law firm in New York City. As counsel, he represented clients on a wide range of legal and ethical matters in the financial services, construction, engineering and accounting industries.
Previously, Fields served for five years as Senior Investigative counsel in the New York County District Attorney's Office, supervising the prosecution of corporate entities for financial and white collar crimes. He gained extensive experience in the construction industry, ranging from investigations to reform as well as regulation and compliance initiatives.
He received his law degree from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia, PA and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
