Fetscher of Great American puts 4,000 s/f restaurant into contract

According to Paul Fetscher, CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage, a result of his affiliation with the Long Island Commercial Network, he recently put a business property into contract. The subject property carries an option to purchase, and is located on West Main St. The property consists of a 4,000 s/f restaurant with self parking. Fetscher, known as the "restaurant expert," is very comfortable and adept at putting restaurant deals into place. The deal originated at a LICN meeting at its instant marketing session which occurs at each of our monthly meetings. The co-brokers on the deal were Carmine Capobianco and Donald Brancaccio of Ronkonkoma office of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
