Fetscher of Great American Brokerage represents tenant in 3,000 s/f lease at Willow Wood Shops

Wantagh NY According to Paul Fetscher CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage Inc., the second Piecraft Pizzabar has opened.  The location is a 3,000 s/f End cap in Breslin Realty’s Willow Wood Shops at the corner of Wantagh Ave., and Jerusalem Ave.

The Piecraft Pizzabar was also represented by Paul Fetscher for their first location in Island Park NY opened in 2015.

Piecraft is a design your own pizza concept. This location also has an outdoor sidewalk café area. The lease is a 15-year base term plus options. Great American represented the tenant.  The landlord was represented by Breslin Realty.

Great American Brokerage will also continue to seek additional locations for subsequent development.
