Fetscher of Great American Brokerage handles 6,000 s/f lease

According to Paul Fetscher CCIM, SCLS, the food court in Tanger I Factory Outlet center recently opened. Ben Wong, president of Wok & Roll is the owner and operator of this 6,000 s/f opportunity. Wong has over 30 years experience in food service. He previously was the highest per s/f grossing operator at South St. seaport. He currently has units in New York area airports, midtown Manhattan, and numerous other markets including Pittsburgh, New Jersey, South carolina, Ohio and Boston. He is the founder and franchisor of the Wok & Roll concept. At this location he will also be operating Famous Famiglia, Nathan's and Grand Cafe featuring Green Mountain Coffee and fresh baked goods. Fetscher, the president of Great American Brokerage was the broker on the 6,000 s/f lease.
