Siegel of JASB Management Inc. named to ODNLI Board

Jerry Siegel, president of JASB Management Inc., has been named to the Board of the Organizational Development Network Long Island (ODNLI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing workplace best practices and inspiring innovation on Long Island. As a member of the ODNLI leadership team for 2010-2011, Siegel will be serving as the organization's director of policy/procedure. He brings to the role extensive experience drawn from a "Renaissance" career during which he has served as an accounting professional, CEO of a successful service business which he grew to over $14 million in annual revenues and a staff of 125, and for the past 20 years, that of management consulting professional. At ODNLI, Siegel has demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to its mission of optimizing the potential of individuals and organizations across Long Island by sharing knowledge and expertise that inspires innovation and produces measurable results. Most recently, he served on its "Workplace Excellence 2010 Conference" committee. The conference was heavily attended and very well-received. An active member of the business, academic and nonprofit communities, Siegel is a past president of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce, former Vice President and Education Coordinator of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), past Adjunct Professor at both Briarcliffe College and Touro College, past 1st Vice President of the Development Board of The Epilepsy Foundation of Long Island, and past Vice President, Commerce Plaza, The Children's Business Center. Mr. Siegel's current affiliations include that as a Franchise Partner with Leadership Management Inc. (LMI) for which he is a certified facilitator; member of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce; and member of the Melville Chamber of Commerce in which he is actively involved in its Young Professionals Group. Mr. Siegel holds an MBA in Management and Taxation from New York University's Stern School of Business. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to his LMI certification, he also holds certifications from The Alternative Board (TAB®) and The President's Resource Organization (PRO®). He resides in Syosset, NY.
