Fetscher and Conde of CBC NRT broker $1.325 million sale; Represented buyer, LIPS, and seller, Double G Realty

 

 

Ronkonkoma, NY Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC NRT) has brokered the $1.325 million sale of 2060 Ocean Ave. The buyer was Long Island Power Solutions (LIPS), a growing Islandia-based firm specializing in the solar industry. LIPS provides on-site power solutions for commercial and residential properties. Paul Fetscher, CCIM, CRX, CLS, a senior commercial real estate advisor, and Marian Conde, a licensed real estate salesperson, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyer. Coldwell Banker Commercial also represented the seller, Double G Realty Corp. The one-story industrial building contains 10,500 s/f.
