Fagen of Sabre Real Estate Group LLC represents Djavaheri Realty for 7,350 s/f lease

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged two leases totaling 10,550 s/f. Auto Zone took 7,350 s/f at 2690 Rte. 112, where it will anchor a 34,000 s/f strip center near exit 64 of the Long Island Expwy. The auto parts chain expects to open this fall. Stu Fagan, managing director of Sabre, represented the landlord, Djavaheri Realty. Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant. Sabre also arranged a 3,200 s/f lease in Bethpage for Bagel & Deli Creations. The new store is located in Plainedge Plaza at 3988 Hempstead Tpke. and will be its second area store. Ed Czarniak, an associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Ahold USA. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation. Sabre also offers retail, restaurant and franchise consultation services, investment sales and property management.
