ESKW/Architects inks office lease at 52 Duane St.

Manhattan, NY In a transaction arranged by CBRE, ESKW/Architects, a 65-year-old architectural practice, has inked an 8,477 s/f lease for its offices at 52 Duane St. The firm will relocate its offices from 100 Lafayette St. to part of the fifth floor of 52 Duane St., a 10-story, 100,000 s/f boutique office property located close to City Hall, Foley Sq. and the Jacob Javits Federal Building.

The CBRE team of Brad Gerla, Jonathan Cope and Masha Dudelzak is spearheading the leasing campaign and represented the ownership, 52 Duane Associates, in the lease negotiations.
