The best thing for Goldschmidt & Associates was the leasing of over 150,000 s/f of office and industrial space, adding 3 additional counties to our representation of CVS, concluding 5 transactions with CVS, and leasing the 25,000 s/f former Loehmann's in White Plains to Saks Off 5th.

We are already in serious negotiations for major retail, office, multi-family and hotel leasing and sale deals and expect to be very very busy in the months ahead.
