According to ERG Property Advisors and Marcus & Millichap, they have been earned exclusive representation of "Korea Village" at 150-24 Northern Blvd. AKA 38-07 150th St., 39-14 150th Pl. in the borough's Flushing neighborhood. The propety is located on a 27,165 s/f lot and is 76,269 gross s/f. The net leasable square footage is 58,269 s/f. Richard Guarino, managing director at ERG Property Advisors, and Adelaide Polsinelli, associate vice president at Marcus & Millichap, are the exclusive brokers handling the property. Built in 2006, this property is a three-story elevator and escalator commercial building. The building also contains an 18,000 s/f underground parking lot that can accommodate 84 cars. The building is located on a very busy strip in the Flushing section, an area with a large Korean population. The property is currently leased to tenants that include clothing retailer Cosmos Department Store and Dae Dong Caterer. All leases, with the exception of Wilshire State Bank, are cancellable.
