ERG hires Punturo as senior director of finance; Bartels as capital advisor

ERG Capital Advisors has hired two new employees for the company. Blaise Punturo as senior director of finance and Ernie Bartels as capital advisor. Punturo joins ERG Capital Advisors with over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential lending. As senior director of finance, Punturo oversees the commercial lending department, managing both ERG Capital Advisors and overseeing ERGCA's credit department. Bartels comes to ERG capital advisors with over 25 years experience in commercial and residential lending. As a capital advisor, Bartels specializes in the arrangement of debt on investment real estate in the form of 1st and 2nd mortgages, mezzanine loans, and through strategic alliances with direct private lenders the arrangement and participation of equity or joint venture deals.
